It helps maintain centralized oversight and prevents unauthorized or premature requests.
Block Agents from Contracting
This setting allows agencies to block their directly contracted agents from initiating contract requests. While agents can still view available carriers and contracts, the ability to submit requests is disabled. This is ideal for agencies that prefer to manage the contracting process internally, ensuring that only designated users such as agency managers or FMOs have control over contract submissions. It helps maintain centralized oversight and prevents unauthorized or premature requests.
Allow Upline to Request Agents Contracts
This setting gives agencies the option to grant their uplines, permission to initiate contract requests on behalf of their directly contracted agents. When enabled, it streamlines the contracting workflow by allowing trusted uplines to handle submissions, ensuring agents are quickly onboarded without needing to take action themselves. Ideal for agencies that delegate administrative responsibilities to their upline partners while maintaining full visibility and oversight.
Allow Upline to Onboard Agents
This setting enables agencies to authorize their uplines to onboard new agents and agencies on their behalf. When activated, trusted uplines can initiate and manage the onboarding process, streamlining recruitment and accelerating growth. This is ideal for agencies that collaborate closely with uplines and want to delegate operational tasks while maintaining control and visibility over their expanding downline.

Unlike a blanket block on contracting, this feature allows agencies to selectively enable contract visibility per carrier, ensuring agents only see options that are relevant or approved. It's ideal for agencies that want to maintain tighter control over their downline's contracting while still allowing flexibility within a curated list of carriers.
Block Agent Contract with Another Agency
This setting allows an agency to block their directly contracted agents from requesting contracts with other agencies within the same tenancy. When enabled, it helps prevent cross-agency conflicts and ensures that agents remain aligned with their current upline. If another agency attempts to add the agent, they’ll receive a notification explaining the restriction, prompting them to inform the agent to coordinate with their existing agency. This setting reinforces agency boundaries and promotes transparent communication between parties.
Agent Portal Invite
This setting controls whether agents receive an automatic portal invitation upon being added to the system. When enabled, the agent is immediately notified and invited to access the platform, streamlining the onboarding process. When disabled, the agency must manually send the invite at a later time, allowing for more deliberate control over when portal access is granted. This option provides flexibility based on each agency’s preferred onboarding workflow.
Onboarding Document
This feature allows agencies to attach custom contracts or agreements to the agent or agency onboarding flow, making them part of the required steps before onboarding is considered complete. These documents can include internal agreements, NDAs, training acknowledgments, or any other compliance-related forms.
